I went to Horizons the with a crumbly tooth that had broken practically to the root which had caused an abscess along the gum. Was a bit apprehensive as I know not having much tooth for the dentist to hold on to it would be awkward to remove with roots intact. The care I received was more than I could ever had hoped. I was shown a large screen with xrays and photos of my offending tooth and gum. Everything was explained to me fully and I felt in control, with the knowledge that I had complete faith in my dentist and his practice. The tooth was removed with great expertise Four weeks later I returned to Horizons to have another tooth removed from the back of my of my mouth. Again i was made to feel at ease . I can honestly say I didn't even realise the said tooth had been removed till the dentist informed me. I experienced no pain or discomfort at all whilst it was being pulled out. . The waiting room had comfy leather sofas and tv. All the equipment in the surgery room was modern with a small TV in the ceiling to help you relax.but best of all the staff were excellent.
